Message from the President
Reid State has been a vital part of the communities it serves for over 50 years. The College has educated and trained nurses, cosmetologists, business owners, welders and others that continue to thrive in today’s economy. The College’s training success would not be possible without the support and dedication to continuous learning from the community in which we serve.
Our faculty
and staff believe in providing an inviting environment that promotes teaching
and learning and student success. Reid State's workforce development team
supports these efforts by implementing apprenticeship and internship
opportunities and strengthening business and industry partnerships that provide
avenues for seamless transition from training to employment.
I’m honored to serve as the President of this great institution and look
forward to the College’s continued growth and expansion of services and
programs.
Best Wishes,
Dr. Coretta L. Boykin
